Stellenbeschreibung

  • Verantwortung für definierte Warengruppen
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Einkaufsstrategien zur Optimierung der Beschaffungskosten und -prozesse
  • Analyse und Bewertung von nationalen und internationalen Beschaffungsmärkten
  • Verhandlung von Verträgen und Konditionen für nachhaltige und wirtschaftliche Lieferantenbeziehungen
  • Lieferantenmanagement mit Evaluierung und Entwicklung innerhalb der zu verantwortenden Warengruppen sowie Claim Management
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Optimierung bestehender Einkaufspreise
  • Mitarbeit mit internationalen Tochtergesellschaften an einer standortübergreifenden Beschaffungsstrategie
  • Teilnahme an Einkaufs- und interdisziplinären Projekten
  • Regelmäßiges Reporting an den Leiter Einkauf

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches oder kaufmännisches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit technischem Hintergrund
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung von zeichnungsrelevanten Teilen im Bereich Einkauf (optimalerweise in der Metalltechnik) sowie ausgeprägter kaufmännischer und technischer Sachverstand
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln sowie Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Belastbarkeit verbunden mit hohem Engagement
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie positiver Umgang mit Menschen
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SAP und MS-Office
  • Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen auch ins außereuropäische Ausland
