Stellenbeschreibung

  • Sicherstellung der Qualitätsvorgaben gemäß Prüfvorschriften und Einhaltung der Kundenvorgaben für die Produktion
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen im Wareneingang, in der Produktion und im Warenausgang (u.a. Viskositätsmessung, Partikelfeinheitsmessung, Siebrückstandsmessung oder Tropfenvolumenmessung sowie UV/VIS-Spektroskopie)
  • Erstellung und Pflege qualitätsrelevanter Dokumente
  • Unterstützung bei der Fehleranalyse und Einleitung von Korrekturmaßnahmen
  • Vorbereitung, Begleitung und Nacharbeitung von Zertifizierungs- und Kundenaudits nach ISO-Standards
  • Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Vorgaben im Chemikalien- und Abfallmanagement
  • Organisation und Überwachung der Wartung von Labor- und Messgeräten sowie Betriebsmitteln
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen
  • Unterstützung im Energie- und Umweltmanagement sowie bei Gefährdungsbeurteilungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Lager, Versand, Administration und Produktion zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, idealerweise im technischen, gewerblichen oder kaufmännischen Bereich
  • Weiterbildung im Bereich ISO-Zertifizierungen / Qualitätsmanagement wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SAP/ERP-Systemen sowie MS Office-Anwendungen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Selbstständige, verantwortungsvolle und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
