Deine Rolle

Wir suchen eine engagierte Lehrkraft/ Coach, die hochwertige Lerneinheiten gestaltet und durchführt sowie die Entwicklung und das Wohlbefinden einer festen Kohorte verantwortungsvoll begleitet.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Live-Demonstrationen: Interaktive Simulationen, praxisnahe Demos und Live-Coding zu komplexen Konzepten.
  • Lesson Preparation: Sorgfältige Planung und Strukturierung deiner Sessions für konsistente, hochwertige Lehre.
  • Cohort Management: Verantwortung für Fortschritt, Engagement und Wohlbefinden deiner Kohorte.
  • Student Support: Aktive Lernbegleitung: Fragen beantworten, Übungen anleiten, Projekte unterstützen.
  • Progress Monitoring: Systematisches Tracking von Anwesenheit, Leistung und Verhalten zur frühzeitigen Intervention.
  • Teamwork & Problemlösung: Förderung von Zusammenarbeit und kritischem Denken; Begleitung durch Herausforderungen mit Growth-Mindset-Ansatz.
  • Classroom Environment: Ein positives, inklusives und anregendes Lernumfeld gestalten.
  • Reporting & Communication: Regelmäßige, klare Updates an die Track-Leitung zu Leistung, Risiken und Maßnahmen.
  • Du unterstützt bei organisatorischen Aufgaben vor und nach der Cohorte: Reports, Evaluierungen, Abschlusskommunikation – du behältst den Überblick.
  • Team Collaboration: Teilnahme an Stand-ups und Lehrteam-Meetings zur curricularen und inhaltlichen Abstimmung.
  • Collaboration with Program & Careers: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Programm- und Karriereteams, u. a. bei Umfragen und Feedback-Initiativen.

Was du mitbringen solltest

  • Coaching-Erfahrung: Du hast nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Begleitung und Entwicklung von Lernenden oder Mitarbeitenden – idealerweise in Bootcamps, Trainings oder ähnlichen Lernformaten.
  • Fachexpertise im digitalen Marketing: Du bringst fundierte Praxis in (KI-gestütztem) Online-Marketing mit – insbesondere in Social Media Marketing, Google Ads & Analytics, Performance Marketing sowie SEO und SEA.
  • Tool-Kompetenz: Du arbeitest sicher mit gängigen KI- und Automationstools wie n8n, MidJourney, Claude/ChatGPT/Gemini, WordPress, Nano Banana und Canva.
  • Arbeitsweise: Du bist eigenständig, zuverlässig und kommunikationsstark – sowohl im Umgang mit Lernenden als auch in der Zusammenarbeit im Team.
  • Sprachen: Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und verfügst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.
