负责协助海外数据采集项目的全流程管理与落地，重点支持海外的采集运营及供应商协同，协调数采PM确保海外采集任务按计划执行，并负责跨部门及跨国团队的技术需求对接与资源协调。

1. 海外采集项目执行与协同 (Core) - 海外车队对接： 协助PM对接海外供应商，跟进车辆采集情况、状态以及突发状态处理，确保采集任务按计划进行。 - 需求落地与跟踪： 基于欧洲、东南亚、日韩数采项目的特定需求，精准下发采集计划，并实时监控每日公里数达标情况。 - 多语言沟通协调： 负责与海外同事（如日本、韩国当地团队）及供应商进行日常英语/口语交流，主持或参与进度例会，消除沟通盲点。

2. 规划与管理 - 计划排期： 根据海外项目需求，负责规划具体的车辆采集区域，把控车辆驾驶路线，确保路线逻辑高效。 - 目标监控： 每日监控并统计海外车辆行驶数据。负责核对轨迹合规性与里程达成率），对比每日目标进行进度偏差分析。 - 特采培训与指导：需将研发端的感知/控制需求转化为易懂的采集 SOP，并远程或现场指导司机培训，确保准确识别并捕捉特定交通场景。 - 需求闭环管理： 实时跟进研发团队的需求，将其转化为采集任务并下发，确保采集到的数据符合技术规格。 3. 跨团队协作与流程优化 - 需求桥梁： 作为感知/控制团队与海外采集之间的接口，对接技术需求并反馈海外路测数据质量与风险。 - 流程出海适配： 参与优化数据采集流程，建立跨国运维时效监控指标。

4. 数据回传与流程优化 - 回传链路跟踪： 监控海外数据回传的及时性与完整性，协调解决跨境传输过程中的带宽或存储异常。 - 流程标准化： 协助完善海外采集业务流，推动系统工具上线，建立涵盖时效、质量、数量的多维度指标监测体系。

  • 学历背景：本科及以上学历。
  • 语言能力：英语CET-6及以上，口语流利，能作为工作语言与海外同事无障碍沟通。
  • 逻辑与表达： 具备清晰的逻辑思维，能将复杂的采集需求转化为标准的操作流程（SOP）。
  • 软性技能：
  • 逻辑思维严谨，具备出色的业务理解能力与任务拆解能力。
  • 责任心强，具备优秀的抗压能力和多任务处理能力。
  • 具备良好的沟通协调能力和项目推动力。
