1. 产品规划与定义 - 协助产品经理进行自动驾驶功能的需求调研、竞品分析与场景梳理 - 参与编写产品需求文档（PRD），明确功能定义、交互逻辑与验收标准 2. 项目跟进与协调 - 跟进研发、测试、设计等团队的开发进度，协助推动项目按计划落地 - 参与日常站会、评审会，整理会议纪要并跟踪待办事项 3. 数据分析与用户研究 - 收集并分析路测数据、用户反馈，提炼产品优化方向 - 协助开展用户调研与体验测试，输出分析报告 4. 行业研究 - 跟踪自动驾驶行业政策、技术趋势及市场动态，定期输出行业简报

任职要求

1. 本科及以上学历在读，车辆工程、计算机、自动化、交通工程等相关专业优先 2. 对自动驾驶行业有浓厚兴趣，了解 L2-L4 自动驾驶基本概念 3. 具备良好的逻辑思维能力、文档撰写能力和沟通协调能力 4. 熟练使用 Excel、PPT、Visio / Figma 等办公及原型工具 5. 每周实习不少于 4 天，持续 3 个月以上

  • 有汽车行业、智能驾驶或互联网产品相关实习经验
  • 了解 ROS、CAN 总线、传感器（摄像头/激光雷达/毫米波雷达）等基础知识
  • 有数据分析或 Python 使用经验
