1.学历背景：本科及以上学历，计算机、数据科学相关专业优先。 2.技术能力：熟练掌握SQL进行数据查询与分析，精通Excel（如数据透视表、函数等）进行数据处理与报告。 3.具备一定开发能力及脚本编写能力 4.软性技能：逻辑思维严谨，具备出色的业务理解能力与任务拆解能力。责任心强，具备优秀的抗压能力和多任务处理能力。具备良好的沟通协调能力和项目推动力。 加分项 - 有自动驾驶或互联网数据运营相关经验者优先。 - 有AI效能运用经验。 - 了解数据可视化工具（如Tableau）。 - 可持续实习大于6个月以上。
