1、与项目经理配合进行中高阶智能驾驶产品开发项目的全流程管理，包括但不限于项目获取、项目计划制定、进度跟踪、风险控制等，确保项目按照预定时间、质量和成本要求顺利交付。 2、在项目经理的指导下完成项目中的样件采购、生产、物流和分配等管理工作，确保满足内部研发和客户交付的需求。 3、沟通协调项目团队内部各个领域之间及跨部门之间的合作，确保信息流畅传递，协助解决跨领域跨部门的重难点问题。 4、学习并应用项目管理工具和方法进行项目开发进度和缺陷管理。 5、组织项目会议，记录会议纪要，并跟踪会议决议的执行情况；协助项目经理准备项目汇报材料，支持项目评审和总结工作。 6、协助项目经理协调项目所需的人力、物力资源，确保资源合理分配。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、机械、车辆工程、电子信息或管理类相关专业。 2. 对ADAS行业和产品感兴趣，具备相关知识或者经验者优先。 3. 工作积极主动，责任心强，有一定的抗压能力，能快速接受并适应变化。 4. 具备较强的学习意愿和快速学习新知识的能力。 5. 具备良好的沟通与协调能力，及时发现并处理项目中存在的问题、和客户、供应商及内部开发团队及时沟通、确保项目顺利进行、保障项目质量。 6. 实习期不少于6个月，实习期间每周出勤不少于4天。
