本岗位面向日本、印度、欧洲等海外智驾 Demo 项目，参与软件版本集成、简单智驾功能开发、构建发布、远程车辆调试、功能测试和问题闭环。岗位需要连接研发代码与海外项目现场，确保正确的软件、配置和测试方案能够在目标车辆上稳定运行。 1. 参与海外项目的软件集成。根据车型、硬件和演示目标，梳理 APP、BSP、MCU 等软件版本及依赖关系，协助完成分支选择、变更同步、配置确认和集成验证。 2. 支持版本构建与发布。使用 Git、Jenkins 等工具维护构建参数和版本信息，执行和跟踪软件包构建，整理发布记录，协助完成版本准出。 3. 远程车辆调试。操作或协助操作 OTA、软件刷写、版本检查、进程与日志检查、录制、数据上传和回放；根据手册指导，对网络、时间同步、进程异常、刷写失败等常见问题进行简单识别与排查。 4. 参与功能测试与 Demo 验证。根据版本目标安排测试计划，协调车辆资源，协助记录测试版本、现象和结果，协助完成必要的数据采集、性能对比和实车验证。 5. 推动问题闭环。收集日志、版本、配置和复现条件，进行初步归因；与研发、测试、车辆及海外团队协作，持续跟踪问题直至完成修复、复测或形成明确结论。 6. 支持海外工程师和 Demo 现场。通过英文（不强制口语沟通）即时沟通明确版本优先级、测试计划、操作步骤和复测要求，必要时远程指导对方完成车辆重启、版本切换、软件配置和数据采集。 7. 参与ADAS功能代码与工具开发。根据实际需求，使用 C++ 和 Python 开发或维护内部工具，并在导师或模块负责人的指导下修改简单的智驾 Feature 和 Bug；完成代码调试、CR 提交与评审跟进、编译、联调、测试和实车验证。 8. 沉淀项目资料。维护版本测试表、构建参数、问题记录、操作手册和交接文档，确保海外 Demo 的关键过程可追踪、可复现、可交接。

- 学历专业：本科或硕士在读，计算机、软件工程、自动化、电子信息、车辆工程、人工智能等相关理工专业。 - 编程基础：掌握 C++、Python、Shell语言，具备良好的编码基础；能够阅读现有工程代码，完成小型功能开发、简单智驾 Feature 修改和 Bug 修复。 - 系统基础：熟悉 Linux 常用命令，理解进程、日志、文件系统和网络等基本概念，能够使用 Shell 完成日常操作。 - 工程基础：掌握 Git 基本工作流，理解分支、提交、合并和版本概念；能够按规范提交 CR、响应评审意见，并完成编译和基本测试；对 CI/CD、Jenkins 或软件制品发布有基本认识。 - AI 编程能力（必备）：熟练使用 Claude Code、Codex或Cursor 等 AI 编程工具进行开发，能够提供有效上下文、拆解和迭代任务、审查生成代码，并通过代码阅读、编译、测试及实车结果进行最终交付有效性验收；不能仅依赖复制生成内容完成工作。有使用AI完整交付过小型项目或产品的经历者优先。 - 排障能力：面对信息不完整的问题，能够主动收集版本、日志、配置和复现条件，形成清晰判断并持续推动处理。 - 英语能力：（必备）能够使用英文进行日常文字沟通，准确表达版本信息、测试步骤、问题现象和协作诉求。 - 协作习惯：责任心强，做事细致，能够维护清晰的测试和发布记录，具备跨团队沟通意识。 - 时间要求：每周至少实习 4 天，连续实习 4 个月及以上。 加分项 - 有机器人、车载系统、嵌入式系统、自动驾驶或软硬件集成项目经历。 - 有后端服务、自动化脚本、机器人或内部工具开发经历。 - 有智驾、机器人或嵌入式 C++ 项目经验，做过功能开发、Bug 定位修复、代码评审或实车验证。 - 使用过 Jenkins、GitLab、Docker、OTA 或其他持续集成与发布工具。 - 有日志分析、网络排障、性能分析或远程设备运维经验。 - 有英文项目协作、海外交流、技术支持或 Demo 项目经历。 - 有实习经历者优先。
