1. 计算机科学或相关领域的本科及以上学历 2. 熟练使用 C++ 开发，对 C++ 11、14、17 标准有深入理解与实践，有良好的C++编码规范与编码风格 3. 熟练使用 Linux 下 cmake, git, conan 等工具 4. 有强烈的责任心，良好的沟通能力，良好的团队合作精神 5. 有较强的学习能力，问题分析和独立解决问题的能力，积极主动，有较强的抗压能力 加分项： 1. 熟悉ROS2，有过ros下节点、插件编写经验者优先 3. 具备 Linux 下丰富的调试经验，熟练进行 gdb coredump 分析优先 4. 熟悉容器开发经验，了解容器部署基本原理，可以自行排查容器使用问题优先
