岗位职责 1、参与智能驾驶相关产品开发项目的全流程管理（包括但不限于感知/软件/规控/硬件等领域，行车/泊车/主动安全等功能），在项目目标设定、版本开发计划制定、进度跟踪和交付等环节中承担具体管理职责，逐步具备独立管理项目的能力。 2、参与对接智能驾驶相关需求，高效拆解任务并输出开发计划，在执行过程中跟踪进度、识别偏差，确保项目按时按质交付。 3、协调项目内部各领域之间及跨部门之间的合作，管理上下游依赖关系和开发排期，协助推动和解决跨领域跨部门的重难点问题。 4、负责项目状态的分析与汇总，组织项目会议、复盘等总结活动，协助项目经理完成项目汇报材料，持续提升项目过程质量。 5、参与项目风险识别与应对，学习并运用风险管理方法，逐步具备独立管理项目风险的能力。 6、管理项目样件采购、生产、物流及资源分配等相关工作，保障内部研发和客户交付的需求。 7、学习并应用项目管理工具和方法，参与推进项目管理流程的优化与改进，提升团队执行效率。

任职要求 1、本科及以上学历，人工智能、车辆工程、通信、电子工程或管理类相关专业。 2、对智能驾驶产品开发和量产交付有浓厚兴趣，愿意深入学习智能驾驶相关技术知识，具备长期在该领域发展的意愿。 3、工作认真负责，积极主动，具备较强的责任心和团队合作精神，有一定的抗压能力。 4、具备较强逻辑思维和分析判断能力，有全局观和闭环思维。 5、具备良好的沟通与协调能力，能够与不同背景的人有效沟通。 6、英语良好者优先；有智能驾驶相关项目/竞赛/科研经历者优先。
