自动驾驶测试开发工程师（集成稳定性方向 · 校招） 职责描述 1、负责智能驾驶系统集成测试、整机稳定性测试，完成需求分析、系统测试方案设计、用例设计，输出版本测试结论与测试报告。 2、负责智驾整机系统环境、台架集成环境搭建与维护，支撑多版本迭代测试、长期稳定性压测。 3、针对感知、定位、建模、系统集成全链路功能进行正向测试、稳定性测试、异常场景测试，挖掘系统潜在稳定性风险。 4、负责集成测试、稳定性测试的自动化脚本开发、测试流程优化，搭建常态化稳定性回归机制。 5、参与团队测试工具与平台建设，持续优化测试效率，完善系统集成测试规范与质量管控体系。

岗位要求 1、统招本科及以上学历，计算机、车辆工程、电子、自动化、机器人等相关专业。 2、了解智能驾驶系统架构，熟悉感知、定位、建模、系统集成基础原理，了解ROS2基础概念优先。 3、熟悉Linux系统操作，掌握Python编程语言，具备独立编写测试脚本与简单自动化工具的能力。 4、了解嵌入式硬件外设、系统运行机制，有嵌入式系统稳定性测试、集成测试经验优先。 5、掌握软件测试基础理论，具备良好的bug分析、问题定位、复盘总结能力。 6、学习能力强，心态积极主动，具备良好的团队协作、抗压能力与项目推动意识。
