1. 算法开发：负责自动驾驶车辆横向（转向）和纵向（驱动/制动）运动控制算法的开发、优化和落地，包括PID、LQR、MPC等经典控制方法的工程实现； 2. 系统辨识与调参：参与新车型/新平台的控制参数标定与系统辨识工作，针对车辆执行器时延、精度差异等问题设计鲁棒性控制策略； 3. 数据驱动优化：利用车端和云端数据，参与构建数据驱动的控制算法迭代闭环，挖掘系统故障与极端场景，持续优化控制性能； 4. 工程落地：负责量产级C++代码开发与版本管理，确保算法在嵌入式域控制器上稳定运行，配合上下游模块完成系统集成与实车调试。

1. 学历专业：硕士及以上学历，控制理论与工程、车辆工程、自动化、计算机、机械电子等相关专业优先； 2. 控制理论基础：熟悉车辆转向、驱动、制动等系统工作原理，掌握PID、LQR、MPC等常用控制算法原理及应用；了解数值优化、自适应控制、鲁棒控制等方法者优先； 3. 车辆动力学认知：对车辆纵向/横向动力学特性有较好理解，了解新能源或传统燃油动力链基本特性； 4. 编程能力：熟练掌握C/C++，熟悉Matlab/Simulink开发工具；了解Linux开发环境及Git代码管理工具；熟悉Python者优先； 5. 开发测试工具：了解CANoe、CarMaker、Carsim等仿真测试工具的基本使用； 6. 加分项：有机器人/智能车竞赛（如RoboMaster、FSAE、智能车竞赛）控制算法开发经验；有实车调试经验；在ICRA、IROS、TITS等顶会发表过相关论文。
