我们正在寻找优秀的应届毕业生加入仿真团队，致力于将现代重建学习方法融入产品级传感器仿真。您将能访问大规模真实道路数据，与资深工程师一起参与大规模端到端仿真系统的建设与落地，在真实产品环境中快速成长。

职责： - 参与动静态场景重建、仿真场景合成、交通模拟、基于物理的模拟及相关技术的研发，并推动其部署到仿真环境； - 与感知/规控/评测等上下游团队合作，参与端到端仿真一致性评价体系的开发与测试； - 跟踪前沿学术成果，探索将其转化为工程实践的可能性。

要求： - 2027 届硕士及以上学历应届毕业生，计算机、自动化、数学、电子工程等相关专业； - 具备扎实的编程基础，熟练使用 Python/C++，熟悉 PyTorch 等深度学习框架； - 对三维几何、光流或视频生成有较好的理解，了解 3D 重建相关方法； - 在以下至少一个领域有科研、实习或项目经历者优先： - 利用 3DGS/NeRF 进行街景重建与新视图合成 - 交通行为仿真或基于物理的软体对象仿真 - 3D/多模态基础模型与预训练 - 在 CVPR/ICCV/ECCV/NeurIPS 等顶会发表过论文，或有相关竞赛获奖经历者优先； - 对自动驾驶与仿真技术充满热情，有较强的学习能力和自驱力； - 良好的沟通和团队协作能力。
