职位描述

  • 参与智驾云平台后端系统的开发与维护，在导师指导下承担数据管理、标注、训练、预测、测评等模块中的功能开发任务。
  • 参与平台服务的接口设计与实现，学习并实践高可用、可扩展的系统设计方法。
  • 与算法、软件、产品等团队协作，理解业务需求，参与将需求拆解为技术方案并落地。
  • 参与平台自动化能力建设，包括数据流转、任务调度、监控告警、故障排查等环节的工具与脚本开发。

任职要求

  • 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、自动化、电子信息等相关专业。
  • 掌握 Golang / Python / Java / C++ 中至少一门语言，具备扎实的编程基础，熟悉常用数据结构与算法。
  • 了解计算机网络、操作系统、数据库等计算机基础知识；了解 MySQL、PostgreSQL、MongoDB、Redis 中任意一种，能进行基本的增删改查与建表设计。
  • 了解 Linux 基本使用，具备基本的问题排查与调试能力。
  • 学习能力强，对后端工程与云平台方向有兴趣，具备良好的沟通表达和团队协作意识，能够接受快速迭代的工作节奏。

加分项（具备以下任一即可）

  • 有互联网/科技公司后端研发实习经历，或独立完成过完整的后端项目（含线上部署）。
  • 了解大数据生态组件（Hadoop、Hive、Spark、Flink、Doris、Iceberg 等）中的任意一种，有实际使用或课程实践经验。
  • 了解消息队列（Kafka、RabbitMQ 等）、缓存、微服务、容器化（Docker / Kubernetes）等相关概念。
  • 了解 AI / 自动驾驶相关流程，如数据标注、模型训练、推理部署、指标测评等。
  • ACM/ICPC、蓝桥杯、CCF-CSP 等竞赛获奖，或有活跃的开源项目贡献、技术博客。
  • 有高并发、分布式系统相关的课程设计、论文或项目经验。
