1.负责基于AUTOSAR CP 架构的各模块的设计与开发工作，包括但不限于：OS、通讯、诊断、OTA、系统管理、时间同步、信息安全、功能安全等模块。 2.负责分析软件运行过程中的实时性、稳定性问题，优化软件性能。 2.负责MCU的功能软件集成，集成测试，软件维护及版本管理。 3.负责MCU软件设计文档和测试用例的的输出。

1、计算机、电子、自动化、通信等相关专业，本科及以上在校生。 2、具备较好的 C语言基础，了解数据结构、指针、内存等基本概念，有嵌入式开发经验优先。 3、对 AUTOSAR CP 有一定了解，接触过 Vector、ETAS、EB 等 AUTOSAR 配置工具链者优先。 4、了解 CAN/CAN FD、Ethernet 等常见车载通信技术，对 UDS、ISO 14229、ISO 15765 等有了解者优先。 5、了解嵌入式软件开发、编译构建及 Debug 流程，接触过 Makefile、CMake、Python、SCons 等工具者优先。 6、了解 MCU 基本原理，具有 RTOS、驱动开发或嵌入式项目经验者优先。 7、具备较强的学习能力、问题分析能力和动手能力，能够快速学习新的软件平台和开发工具。

加分项 有 AUTOSAR CP 项目或课程实践经验。 有 CANoe、Lauterbach、UDE 等工具使用经验。 有 NXP S32G、Tricore、地平线 J6/J6B 等平台开发经验。 有多核/异构芯片、MCU与SoC协同开发经验。 熟悉嵌入式 Linux、QNX 或其他 RTOS。 有 Git、Python 自动化脚本或持续集成相关经验。 有汽车电子、智能驾驶相关项目实践经验。
