你将深入真实的智能驾驶量产交付场景，参与从需求对齐、版本构建、台架验证，到实车 OTA、自测和问题回归的完整流程，推动交付工作线上化、标准化和自动化。 - 梳理并数字化智驾交付 Workflow，提升流程效率和可追踪性； - 通过 API、消息和任务编排，打通需求、CI/CD、OTA、车辆/台架、测试、问题管理等系统； - 探索 AI Agent 在需求冲突检测、变更影响分析、问题分析、任务编排和风险识别等场景的应用； - 建设交付数据指标，分析测试效率、自动化率、资源利用率和问题闭环效率。

  • 本科或硕士在读，计算机、软件工程、自动化、电子信息等相关专业优先；
  • 熟悉 Python、Linux，具备一定工程开发能力；
  • 了解 MySQL、Redis、REST API 等基础技术；
  • 对智能驾驶、OTA、自动化运维、CI/CD 或 AI Agent 感兴趣；
  • 学习能力强，能够主动分析问题并推动闭环；
  • 每周实习 4 天及以上，连续实习 6 个月以上优先。

加分项 有 Docker、Web 后端、飞书开放平台、MQTT/WebSocket、Jenkins、自动化测试、LLM 或 AI Agent 项目经验。
