1. 主导4D自动标注框架设计，实现动态障碍物（车辆、行人、移动物体）的检测-跟踪-轨迹优化全流程，以及静态要素标注全流程，支持量产项目的数据生产需求 2. 构建动静态联合标注流水线，实现动态轨迹与静态元素（车道线、路沿）的时空对齐，支持端到端真值生成 3. 研发多传感器（LiDAR/视觉/毫米波雷达）融合的离线3D目标检测算法，提升复杂场景（低光照、雨雾）下的检测鲁棒性，优化小目标漏检率

  • 硕士及以上学历，计算机/机器人/自动化专业，2年以上动态障碍物处理或自动标注算法经验。
  • 精通激光SLAM（LOAM系列、LIO-SAM）与视觉SLAM（ORB-SLAM3、VINS-Fusion），具备实际调参及精度优化经验，熟悉多传感器时序融合：IMU预积分、GPS约束、紧耦合/松耦合架构
  • 精通动态障碍物检测与跟踪：掌握3D检测（BEVFormer、SAFDNet）、多目标跟踪（卡尔曼滤波/Hungarian匹配）等算法，有实际调优经验
  • 熟悉BEV感知模型（BEVDet4D）、神经渲染技术（NeRF/3DGS），有轨迹预测或不确定性建模（贝叶斯神经网络）经验者优先
  • 参与过自动驾驶数据闭环项目，熟悉量产标注流水线者优先
