- 负责智能设备整机嵌入式系统架构设计与开发（Linux / RTOS） - 主导核心功能模块开发与集成： - 传感器链路（IMU / Camera / 传感融合） - 显示链路（MIPI DSI / DP / Micro-OLED驱动） - 音频链路（Codec / DSP / 通话 / 降噪） - 无线通信（BLE / Wi-Fi） - 负责系统Bring-up（板级启动、驱动适配、设备树配置） - 深度参与功耗优化（SoC调度 / 外设电源策略 / 休眠唤醒机制） - 构建系统软件分层架构（Driver / HAL / Service / Application） - 主导复杂问题定位与闭环（死机 / 丢帧 / 延迟 / 发热等） - 对接芯片厂商（如高通XR平台）、ODM及模组厂，推进SDK适配与问题解决 - 参与量产全过程（EVT / DVT / PVT），输出技术规范与调试文档 任职要求 - 5–10年嵌入式开发经验，有完整消费电子量产项目经验（必须） - 精通C/C++，具备扎实的数据结构与操作系统基础 - 深入掌握以下至少一类系统： - Embedded Linux（进程调度 / 内存管理 / 驱动模型） - RTOS（FreeRTOS / ThreadX等） - 熟悉常见外设与总线协议：I2C / SPI / UART / USB / MIPI - 有驱动开发经验（Camera / Display / Audio / Sensor 任一方向） - 熟悉性能分析工具（perf / ftrace / top 等） - 能独立完成软硬件交叉问题定位（示波器 / log / trace） 加分项 - 有AR/VR/XR、TWS、智能手表等穿戴设备经验 - 有Camera/ISP或显示链路调优经验 - 有AI推理部署经验（SNPE / TFLite） - 学习能力强、可以适应高压工作环境
