1. 负责行车功能自动驾驶系统功能需求和技术规范定义，整理编制相关需求文档，包含系统需求，模块需求以及评测需求； 2. 负责行车功能系统架构定义，定期总结市场技术需求分析文档，参与产品Roadmap分析与制定，落实方案并识别技术风险，确保系统设计的合理性和可行性，针对自研算法进行系统层面架构的制定与细化，提出芯片和算法需求； 3. 负责行车功能ACC/ICA/NOA性能迭代，针对泛化测试问题梳理技术方案，并制定验收指标； 4. 参与产品对标，完善行车功能系统方案以及需求； 5. 跨部门沟通合作，提升行车功能性能指标，达成产品目标；

1. 硕士及以上学历，计算机、车辆工程、电子工程、机器人等相关专业； 2. 熟悉自动驾驶行业法规，L2组合驾驶辅助，NCAP，I-VISTA等； 3. 有自动驾驶、ADAS或AD产品系统开发和应用经验，ADAS经验优先； 4. 对于问题定义，分析有着非常强的能力，具有结构化、系统化思维； 5. 对于自动驾驶大规模量产有着兴趣； 6. 快速学习的能力，具有前沿的技术洞察力和前瞻视野 7. 良好的团队合作能力，沟通能力和问题解决能力 8. 有自动驾驶量产项目交付经验，熟悉关联系统的特性以及通讯方式

加分项： 1. 熟悉C/C++ python，具有相关计算机视觉或嵌入式编程经验者优先 2. 了解各类感知传感器（多V，radar），了解智能驾驶技术体系及软硬件架构 3. 有计算机视觉或机器学习相关经验，具备计算机视觉/深度学习/机器感知相关基本知识
