1. 负责数据采集和数据闭环软件的功能开发，完成数据流对接、功能调试和问题定位，实现驾驶业务相关的大规模数据接入和采集任务 2. 对接数据云平台，协助完成数据闭环稳定高效运行；与感知、规控及集成团队紧密合作，完成数据问题收集与定位 3. 参与现有采集软件框架设计、调整和优化，提升采集软件性能和稳定性，加速版本的迭代效率，保证数据采集效率和采集质量 4. 对前瞻前端技术做调研，帮助团队进行技术储备并推动落地

必备技能： 1. 计算机科学或相关领域的本科及以上学历，从业经验不低于3年 2. 熟练使用 C++ 开发，对 C++ 11、14、17 标准有深入理解与实践，有良好的C++编码规范与编码风格 3. 熟练使用 Linux 下 cmake, git, conan 等工具，熟悉 docker 与 shell 4. 具备 Linux 下丰富的调试经验，可熟练进行 gdb coredump 分析 5. 有强烈的责任心，良好的沟通能力，良好的团队合作精神 6. 有较强的学习能力，问题分析和独立解决问题的能力；积极主动，有较强的抗压能力 加分项： 1. 有自动驾驶行业从业经验，熟悉数据采集和数据闭环开发业务者优先 2. 熟悉 ROS2，有过 ROS 下节点、插件编写经验者优先 3. 对并发处理、性能分析及调优有丰富实践经验者优先"
