岗位职责： "1. 负责智驾Linux操作系统及内核的设计和开发，包括性能优化、可维可测、面向自动驾驶场景和征程芯片的定制开发等 2. 与中间件和感知紧密配合，设计和开发Linux操作系统上的驱动和应用，解决功能安全和系统性问题 3. 负责车载计算平台SOC BSP驱动的设计和开发，解决系统中跟硬件相关的疑难问题" 任职需求 "1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、电子工程或其他相关专业背景 2. 对Linux的任务调度、内存管理、文件系统、网络通信、设备驱动等其中任一有较为深入理解 3. 具备扎实的C编程功底，精通相关开发调试工具和底层库等 4. 了解操作系统发行版构建、裁剪、打包流程，如OBS、Yocto、buildroot构建系统 5. 对技术充满热情，具备良好的逻辑思维能力、业务理解能力、快速学习能力、自我驱动能力及优秀的独立分析解决问题能力

具有以下相关工作经历者优先 1. 具有自动驾驶场景下系统软件/BSP驱动商用落地经验 2. 熟悉硬件相关知识，具备良好的软硬件协同开发经验 3. 有优化操作系统性能经验 4. 有解决操作系统稳定性问题经验 5. 高通/英伟达计算平台开发经验"
