工作职责： 承接DSTE流程中战略制定、战略解码、战略执行与监督职责，负责公司战略到执行的闭环和运作效率，系统构建运作管理体系及E2E评估能力，通过运作可视化管理，及时风险预警并推动问题解决，持续提升重量级团队和跨部门委员运作效率，确保跨体系的业务健康有序运作。 适配/优化DSTE流程，建立公司战略解码方法论和流程机制，参与公司战略讨论与制定，主导公司年度战略地图/重点工作/KPI/衡量指标制定，同时保障到一级部门及重量级团队的战略解码及有效分解，达到上下同欲，左右同频的目标。 制定公司运作管理机制，明确管理要求和评价标准（运作标准与业绩标准），赋能各级组织ST、重量级团队运作，定期组织运作效率的评估并持续改进； 管理公司/各一级部门/重量级团队的业务目标KPI（包含公司重点工作）达成情况，基于公司业务运作规则和流程，构建无死角雷达和预警体系，识别风险点，组织分析和改进，确保战略落地执行和组织绩效达成，提升组织力； 建立公司战略地图数字化看板，增加多维度业务数据评估，及时识别风险并推动改进，提升业务管理的科学性和效率。

职位要求： 计算机、通信、电子相关专业,本科或以上学历，有汽车行业运作、流程、质量管理优先； 有项目及项目群管理工作经验，敏锐的、系统化的跨组织的问题和风险识别能力，并有专业的运作管理方法； 熟悉公司管理体系和流程运作； 跨职能的组织和沟通协调能力，同时有强的执行力、推动力和闭环力； 诚实敬业，责任心强，能承受工作压力。
