1、主导客户项目的全周期管理，包括项目获取、启动、规划和执行等，确保项目按照预定时间、质量和成本要求顺利交付。 2、负责项目的工作范围确认、计划制定、前后台沟通等，全阶段跟进项目进展，监督、指导项目的顺利实施及落地； 3、负责项目执行的资源组织与协调，确保项目团队各干系人及内外部合作团队的协同工作。 4、负责客户端的沟通汇报，导入客户需求，管理客户预期，实现客户满意度。 5、负责项目中的硬件采购、生产、物流和质量等的管理，确保满足内部产品开发和客户车型量产的需求。 6、负责项目文档的整理和管理，包括但不限于项目需求文档、项目计划、会议纪要、项目报告等，确保项目文档的完整性和准确性。 7、负责项目的预算编制、管理和控制。 8、负责公司流程体系在交付项目上的高质量落实。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、机械、车辆工程、电子信息或管理类相关专业。 2、具备智能驾驶项目管理经验，熟悉项目全周期业务流程，具备对工程进度、质量和成本等全面管控能力。 3、工作积极主动，责任心强，有一定的抗压能力；思维开放，能快速接受及适应变化。 4、具备良好的沟通与协调能力、项目决策能力和风险管控能力，及时发现及处理项目中存在的问题、和客户、供应商及内部开发团队及时沟通、确保项目顺利进行、保障项目质量。 5、熟悉ADAS行业领域知识，具备相关产品开发项目经验者优先，具备硬件（一体机/域控）量产项目经验者优先。 6、英语良好，能够熟练进行商务和技术上的沟通；德语和日语良好者更佳。
