1. 负责与客户对接底层软件相关需求，如：诊断、CAN/ETH通信、DO/SOME IP、UDS、网络管理、分区、刷写、OTA等; 2. 管理客户需求和预期，提供所负责模块的交付物； 3. 依据标品方案以及客户需求，制定相应的技术方案，形成方案/架构/需求文档，并明确客户需求与标品方案的偏差； 4. 在codebeamer上维护客户需求以及对应客户项目的系统需求，明确需求偏差，并根据功能增长计划规划系统需求实现的版本，并做内部评审； 5. 负责基础软件的方案设计，架构细化与优化，与研发测试团队对齐推动实现闭环，确保设计合理性及可行性； 6. 负责跨部门/团队沟通合作解决产品关键问题； 7. 开发阶段跟踪自己owner模块的开发状态以及版本性能，对交付质量负责； 8. 实车联调阶段，确保各版本软件中自己负责内容的实现，以及过程中的问题排查和解决；

1. 本科及以上学历，5年以上工作经验 2. 理解基础功能需求，并熟悉对应架构方案，包括但不限于诊断，ota，时间同步，通讯，标定等。 3. 了解dv/pv主流主机厂企标 4. 知识面宽，包括嵌入式软硬件、嵌入式Linux软件、汽车电子、芯片及FPGA、深度学习、ADAS、自动驾驶、车联网，车载网络、汽车系统 5. 有整车智驾产品开发/交付经验，至少完成一个完整生命周期的产品交付 6. 对于问题定义，分析有较强逻辑性，具备结构化，系统化思维
