1. 负责自动驾驶平台LiDAR SOR、技术规范及系统接口需求定义。 2. 负责LiDAR性能KPI体系建设，制定测试方案、验收标准和性能准出条件。 3. 负责LiDAR安装集成、点云质量、时延同步、通信接口及环境适应性等系统问题分析。 4. 负责OEM项目中LiDAR供应商的技术评审、产品验收、性能验证和量产准出。 5. 负责供应商问题管理，推动问题定位、整改、验证和闭环。 6. 协同算法、测试、车辆、硬件及项目团队，推进LiDAR相关技术问题解决和项目交付。 7. 跟踪LiDAR技术发展及供应商产品Roadmap，支持产品选型和平台规划。

1. 本科及以上学历，车辆、电子、自动化、光电、计算机等相关专业。 2. 3年以上车载LiDAR、自动驾驶传感器或系统工程经验。 3. 熟悉LiDAR关键性能指标、产品原理、整车集成及测试评价方法。 4. 具备SOR、技术规范、KPI、测试验收标准等工程文档编制经验。 5. 具备LiDAR供应商管理、技术验收和问题闭环经验，有OEM项目经验者优先。 6. 熟悉车载以太网、UDP、时间同步、坐标系及点云数据分析者优先。 7. 具备较强的系统分析、沟通协调和项目推进能力，能适应出差及现场测试。

加分项 1. 有量产LiDAR平台规划、OEM项目交付或供应商定点经验； 2. 有完整负责LiDAR SOR、KPI、DVP&R及性能准出流程的经验； 3. 有恶劣天气、弱目标、远距离目标、动态目标及复杂交通场景测试经验； 4. 有LiDAR点云质量分析、标定验证、时间同步验证或自动化测试平台建设经验； 5. 有多家LiDAR供应商产品对比评估及技术路线选型经验。
