高阶实车测试需求描述 1、熟悉ADAS/自动驾驶的系统架构与功能,熟悉相关测试流程和测试工具,熟悉相关的技术标准、法规优先 2、了解主流自动驾驶技术路线,对自动驾驶的技术实现方案有较好的理解 3、了解开发需求管理,系统方案设计,车辆端系统功能和性能匹配标定工作,能够独立完成车辆级和系统级开发,测试及验证方案设计及其实施 4、熟悉驾驶辅助系统所涉及的执行器之间的交互和性能指标;熟悉自动驾驶系统性能评价指标 5、了解典型目标融合逻辑,轨迹规划控制,能识别系统功能链路中各个模块的上下游链路 6、车辆驾驶技能熟练,驾驶习惯能覆盖95%的国内主流驾驶员和乘客 7、对于车辆系统级规模化路试验证有管理经验,能准确提报及跟踪解决路试过程发现的问题,有带团队进行路测的经 验和HD-MAP的验证经验优先 8、对于相关传感器的数据采集系统有完整的理解或解决思路 9、熟悉任一编程语言(如C/C++/PYTHON/Matlab)优先 10、熟悉Liunx系统;软件技能:CANoe/CANape等。 11、能将英语能作为工作语言，同时掌握日语或德语等第二外语优先

实车测试高阶招聘序列，要求候选人学历为一本以上，优先录用研究生及以上学历人员。淘汰前两份工作为偏执行类外包的候选人。能力匹配要求；提出候选人需具备对应测试领域的项目管理经验，优先匹配有流程制定经验的人员。
