1、深入研读智能驾驶研发业务进展、技术路线及团队现状，结合业务战略发展方向开展组织诊断，精准识别团队在人才配置、组织效能等方面的核心需求，整合内部人力资源资源，定制并落地适配研发场景的 HR 解决方案，如研发人才梯队建设、关键技术岗位配置优化等。 2、与智能驾驶研发业务部门负责人紧密搭档，充分理解研发业务战略目标，牵头推动人力资源核心工作在研发团队的高效实施，涵盖研发人才盘点（重点关注技术能力、项目经验匹配度）、研发团队绩效考核（结合研发项目周期、技术突破成果制定考核维度）、调薪晋升（侧重研发贡献度、技术创新性评估）等关键项目。 3、从人力资源专业角度出发，针对智能驾驶研发团队的工作特性（如项目周期长、技术迭代快、跨部门协作频繁等），辅助业务管理者搭建高效团队管理模式，提供人才激励、团队沟通、冲突解决等方面的专业建议，助力提升研发组织整体效能，保障研发项目高效推进。 4、深刻理解研发岗位员工的思维方式、心理关注点及核心诉求，设计并推动适配研发团队的激励机制落地，营造积极向上的研发团队文化，提升团队成员工作热情、岗位满意度及团队归属感，降低核心研发人才流失率。

1、学历与经验要求：统招本科及以上学历，4-6年以上人力资源相关工作经验，其中需具备 2-3 年智能驾驶、相关领域研发岗位 HR 支持经验，有主机厂（OEM）或汽车 Tier1 企业人力资源工作经历者优先 2、业务理解与洞察能力：具备优秀的业务理解力和洞察力，能够快速掌握智能驾驶研发业务逻辑、技术方向及行业动态，精准识别研发团队在人力资源层面的需求与痛点，为业务发展提供针对性人力支持。 3、沟通协调与推动能力：拥有良好的跨部门协调沟通能力、逻辑思维能力及项目推动能力，能够高效联动人力资源各模块与研发业务部门，确保人力资源项目顺利落地；具备较强的成就动机、主动学习能力及自我驱动力，能够适应研发团队快节奏、高要求的工作环境。 4、专业素养要求：熟悉人力资源六大模块核心知识，尤其在研发人才招聘、绩效体系搭建、激励机制设计等方面有扎实的专业基础；具备较强的问题分析与解决能力，能够针对研发团队的特殊需求，提供灵活、有效的人力资源解决方案。
