制定项目质量计划，识别项目关键质量风险点，并完成对风险事项的跟踪闭环 对项目进行质量事项推动，负责项目流程符合性、交付物完整性和质量、技术审核、版本发布质量等质量管控工作，并对审核问题进行闭环 项目度量及分析工作：识别产品线级别、项目级别重点度量指标，并通过指标分析项目存在的问题，提出改进建议，并闭环问题 具有持续改进的思维，能监督和分析质量管理体系运行情况，并针对运作中的问题提出整改建议 支撑公司质量管理体系的维护，配合完成公司质量管理体系内审、管理评审、客户审核和外审认证的准备协调和联络工作，以及不符合项的纠正与关闭；负责组织质量体系文件的编写、发布、维护与归档 组织质量管理体系培训工作，进行质量文化宣传的宣导策划

任职要求： 本科及以上学历，计算机、车辆工程或管理类等相关专业 5年以上项目级质量管理工作经验，具有质量策划、质量控制、质量改进的能力； 具有硬件开发设计或质量管理经验者优先 熟悉16949、IPD、ASPICE、功能安全、网络安全、SOTIF体系中的任一体系 在项目质量推动过程中，具有识别质量管理体系建设问题并推动问题闭环的能力 英语可作为工作语言
