HUD/AR 空间视像设计 - 负责 AR/HUD 信息架构与视觉层级设计，攻克 3D 空间感、强光/暗光等极端环境自适应对比度，实现低认知负荷的出行视觉交互。 2. 多模态 HMI 交互设计 - 主导智能控制器、按键、旋钮等 HMI 硬件实体的交互定义，结合触觉震动（Haptic）与语音（VUI），打造高速运动下的“无视觉依赖盲操”闭环。 3. AI 辅助全栈 Demo 制作 - 熟练运用 AI 工具链、低代码或脚本工具，快速产出“HMI 物理盲操 + App + HUD 投影”的软硬件联动可交互原型（Demo），缩短概念评审周期。 4. App 生态与跨端协同 - 负责伴侣端 APP 的全链路体验设计（含设备直连、数据同步、轨迹社群等高频业务），确保 App 与硬件 HMI 的无缝数据流转。 5. 跨职能设计验证 - 强力拉通 ID、结构、光学、嵌入式及软件 PM，跟进工程开发，确保设计方案高还原度落地。 📋 任职要求 (Requirements) - 基本背景： 工业设计、人机交互（HCI）、视觉传达、计算机等相关专业本科及以上学历，3-5年及以上交互/HMI 设计经验。 - 量产经历： 必须具备至少一款已上市（从 0 到 1 完整打造）的软硬件一体化产品（如智能头盔、AR眼镜、智能座舱 HMI、运动相机等）实战案例。 - 硬核审美： 对色彩、字体、间距、动态节奏有近乎偏执的细节追求，高度认同 Premium、克制、极致功能化 的设计美学。 - AI 工具力（硬性）： 能够熟练利用生成式 AI 工具链辅助设计，具备独立或敏捷组队完成软硬件可交互实体原型（Demo）的能力。 - 专业储备： 深刻理解透射式/反射式 HUD 物理约束（如色彩发虚、重影、视场角等限制）及车载 HMI 安全交互规范。 🌟 加分项 (Plus) - 有一线车企/新势力智能座舱团队（主导过 HUD 或主动式 AI HMI 概念设计）背景。 - 熟练掌握 3D/HMI 动态原型工具（如 Unity、Blender、Kanzi）进行视效动态验证。 - 本身是摩托车骑行、滑雪等户外运动深度玩家。
