Deine Aufgaben

  • Laufende Finanzbuchhaltung: Du übernimmst die laufende Finanzbuchhaltung für mehrere verbundene Gesellschaften unserer Gruppe, buchst regelmäßig und sorgst für saubere, belastbare Zahlen als Grundlage für alle weiteren Entscheidungen.
  • Umsatzsteuer-Voranmeldungen: Vorbereitung und Abgabe der Umsatzsteuer-Voranmeldungen, inklusive Konsolidierung über die Gesellschaften hinweg.
  • Monatliches Reporting: Aufbereitung der monatlichen Zahlen für das interne Reporting an Geschäftsführung und Gesellschafter.
  • Abstimmung: Abstimmung mit den Gesellschaften der Gruppe sowie mit externen Dienstleistern wie Steuerberatern und Wirtschaftsprüfern.
  • Eigenverantwortung: Eigenständige Klärung offener Fragen und Verantwortung für ein nachvollziehbares, korrektes Ergebnis.

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte/r, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK).
  • DATEV: Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV; Erfahrung aus einer Steuerberatungskanzlei ist hilfreich, aber keine Voraussetzung.
  • Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und behältst auch bei vielen parallelen Themen den Überblick.
  • Zahlenverständnis: Du siehst Zahlen, Daten und Fakten nicht als Pflichtprogramm, sondern als wertvolle Information und Grundlage für gute Entscheidungen.
  • Kommunikation und Eigenverantwortung: Du kommunizierst klar und verbindlich, intern wie extern, und willst mitgestalten, mitwachsen und Verantwortung übernehmen.
