Deine Aufgaben

  • Strategisches FiBu-Onboarding: Du übernimmst neue, komplexe Mandate in der Startphase, strukturierst die Finanzbuchhaltung fachlich sowie technisch neu und sicherst eine erstklassige Datenqualität von Beginn an.
  • Prozessoptimierung & Schnittstellen: Du analysierst die vor- und nachgelagerten Buchhaltungsprozesse auf Mandantenseite und implementierst automatisierte Workflows sowie digitale Schnittstellen.
  • Fachlicher Sparringspartner: Sobald die Buchhaltung "auf die Gleise gesetzt" ist, übergibst du das Mandat an das Team und bleibst intern sowie extern der erste Ansprechpartner für prozessuale Optimierungen in der FiBu.
  • Beratung auf Augenhöhe: Du agierst als souveräner Berater gegenüber unseren Mandanten, verstehst deren unternehmerische Prozesse und übersetzt diese in digitale Buchhaltungslösungen.
  • Innovation & KI: Du evaluierst und implementierst neue technologische Standards (insbesondere im Bereich KI-gestützter Buchhaltung) um manuelle Routineaufgaben konsequent zu eliminieren.

Dein Profil

  • Fokus Finanzbuchhaltung: Du bist Steuerberater, Bilanzbuchhalter, Steuerfachwirt oder erfahrener Steuerfachangestellter (m/w/d) mit einer tiefen Leidenschaft für die Finanzbuchhaltung und Prozessgestaltung.
  • Digitale DNA: Du hast eine hohe Affinität für IT-gestützte Prozesse und arbeitest gerne an der Spitze der technologischen Entwicklung (Automatisierungstools, KI-Anwendungen).
  • Beratungskompetenz: Du verbindest fachliche Tiefe in der FiBu mit einem sicheren Auftreten. Du kannst komplexe Abläufe verständlich vermitteln und überzeugst durch Empathie und Geduld im Umgang mit Mandanten.
  • Unternehmerisches Mindset: Du verstehst die betriebswirtschaftlichen Abläufe hinter den Zahlen, denkst lösungsorientiert und handelst mit dem notwendigen Pragmatismus.
  • Struktur & Genauigkeit: Du liebst es, Ordnung in komplexe Datenberge zu bringen und Prozesse eigenverantwortlich auf ein neues Level zu heben.
