Wir erweitern unser Dev-Team – und zwar auf mehreren Wegen gleichzeitig.

Unsere Differenzierung sehen wir neben unserem Team in der Technologie. Nicht als Supportfunktion, sondern als das, was die Gruppe mehr wert macht als die Summe ihrer Teile. Dafür bauen wir zwei Dinge: Neuplaner Vision, das zweite Gehirn der Gruppe – du stellst eine Frage in normaler Sprache und bekommst eine Antwort aus unseren eigenen Dokumenten, Mails und Meetings, mit Quellenangabe zurück zum Original. Darauf setzen konkrete Workflows auf, heute in der Holding, als Nächstes in den Kanzleien mit eigenem Tenant und eigenen Daten. Und eine tech-enabled Talent Strategy, die die Fähigkeiten mehrerer Hundert Berater:innen über alle Kanzleien hinweg sichtbar und nutzbar macht – neue Codebase, du schreibst die ersten Zeilen.

Stack: Python 3.12 / FastAPI, PostgreSQL 16 mit pgvector, React + TypeScript im Strict Mode, Claude API direkt angesprochen (kein LangChain), AWS. In der Talent-Codebase Nest.js, Angular, MongoDB. Angewandtes AI Engineering – wir rufen Modelle auf, wir trainieren sie nicht. Rund 200.000 Zeilen, zwei Live-Installationen, echte Nutzer, kleine gereviewte Pull Requests.

Wie du dabei sein kannst: als Werkstudent:in, im Praktikum, in Festanstellung oder als Freelancer – auch eine Abschlussarbeit ist ein möglicher Einstieg. Im Bewerbungsformular kannst du angeben, worauf du dich bewirbst.

Kein ML-Hintergrund nötig, keine Steuer- oder M&A-Kenntnisse. FastAPI, pgvector und LLM-APIs bringen wir dir bei. Im Zweifel: einfach bewerben.
