DEINE MISSION & HERAUSFORDERUNGEN

- Als Hausmeister / Facility Manager bist du dafür verantwortlich, dass unsere Gebäude reibungslos funktionieren.

- Du führst kleinere Reparaturen im Gebäude durch.

- Du kümmerst dich um technische Themen der Gebäude in enger Abstimmung mit dem Vermieter.

- Du sorgst dafür, dass alles sicher, sauber und ordentlich ist.

- Du koordinierst und überwachst externe Wartungsarbeiten und betreust die Dienstleister.

- Du bist Ansprechperson für Fachkräfte im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit.

- Du unterstützt verschiedene Abteilungen bei handwerklichen Aufgaben (z. B. kleine Reparaturen, Umzüge, Reinigungsarbeiten oder kleinere Transporte).

- Verantwortung für die gesamte Auftrags- und Logistikabwicklung, einschließlich Annahme und Bearbeitung von Kundenbestellungen, Erstellung und Platzierung von Lieferantenbestellungen sowie Koordination von Lieferungen und Wareneingängen.

Must have:

- Du bist technisch interessiert und willst mit deiner Arbeit etwas Positives bewirken. Du gehst Probleme aktiv an und findest Lösungen.

- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem technischen oder handwerklichen Beruf oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.

- Idealerweise hast du schon Erfahrung im Bereich Gebäudetechnik, Facility Management oder als Servicetechniker bzw. Hausmeister.

- Du bist praktisch veranlagt, arbeitest gern im Team und gehst freundlich mit anderen um.

- Du hast einen Führerschein Klasse B.

- Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil, genauso wie grundlegende PC-Kenntnisse.
