DEINE MISSION & HERAUSFORDERUNGEN

• Produkt- & Geschäftsverantwortung: Du verantwortest Produktvision, Strategie und Roadmap unserer Roboterarme über den gesamten Lebenszyklus, vom Konzept bis zur Serienproduktion, und stehst für ihren geschäftlichen Erfolg ein.

• Priorisierung & Backlog: Du definierst, pflegst und priorisierst das Product Backlog in enger Abstimmung mit Mechanical Engineering, Electronics und Software. Du triffst klare Trade-off-Entscheidungen auf Basis von Kundennutzen, technischer Machbarkeit und Business Impact und stehst zu ihnen.

• Führen in der Matrix: Du sorgst für Alignment zwischen Hardware, Software, Sales und Business Development, übersetzt technische Komplexität in eine klare Produktrichtung und erzielst Wirkung auch ohne formale Weisungsbefugnis.

• Markt- & Kundenverständnis: Du analysierst kontinuierlich Markttrends, Kundenfeedback und Wettbewerb, leitest daraus Produktentscheidungen ab und erkennst neue Chancen in der Industrieautomation, der kollaborativen Robotik und darüber hinaus.

• Go-to-Market & Zertifizierung: Du leitest Produkteinführungen mit, definierst Positionierung und Feature-Sets und treibst Sicherheits-, Regulierungs- und Zertifizierungsanforderungen auf Produktebene (z. B. CE, TÜV) gemeinsam mit Engineering und Quality voran.

• Nachvollziehbare Entscheidungen: Du dokumentierst Produktentscheidungen, Annahmen und Trade-offs sauber, damit sie in der Matrix transparent und nachvollziehbar bleiben.

• Stakeholder-Kommunikation: Du berichtest Status, Risiken und Prioritäten an den CEO und das C-Level, vermittelst Vision und Story gegenüber Investoren, Partnern und Kunden und repräsentierst das Produkt auf Messen und bei Kundenbesuchen.

WAS DU MITBRINGST

• Ausbildung: Studium in Ingenieurwesen, Mechatronik, Robotik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.

• Produkterfahrung: Mindestens 5–8 Jahre Erfahrung als Product Owner oder Product Manager, idealerweise in Robotik, Automatisierung oder komplexen mechatronischen Systemen, mit nachweislicher Erfahrung darin, Hardwareprodukte über den gesamten Lebenszyklus bis zur Serienproduktion zu führen.

• Technische Tiefe: Fundiertes Verständnis von Cobot-Mechanik, Kinematik, Sensorsystemen und industriellen Kommunikationsstandards (z. B. EtherCAT, Profinet, IO-Link), tief genug, um die Fachfunktionen zu challengen und Trade-offs glaubwürdig zu bewerten.

• Safety & Zertifizierung: Verständnis von Sicherheits-, Regulierungs- und Zertifizierungsanforderungen auf Produktebene.

• Agile Methoden: Vertrautheit mit Scrum oder SAFe sowie Tools wie Jira und Confluence.

• Matrix- & Stakeholder-Kompetenz (gleichwertig zur technischen Expertise): Du weißt, wo in einem Setup „BU verantwortet das Produkt, Funktionen liefern die Umsetzung” die Entscheidungsrechte liegen. Du steuerst mehrere Stakeholder und konkurrierende Prioritäten durch transparente Priorisierung und Erwartungsmanagement und verbindest Respekt vor Expertise und Funktionslogik mit hohem Anspruch an Verlässlichkeit.

• Entscheidungsstärke: Unternehmerisches Ownership. Du priorisierst, sagst auch mal Nein und entscheidest auf Basis von Daten und Kundenbedürfnissen statt Annahmen, ohne Entscheidungen täglich neu aufzurollen.

• Resilienz: Du bleibst auch unter Druck in einem dynamischen und oft mehrdeutigen Umfeld wirksam.

• Kommunikation: Du bewegst dich sicher vom detaillierten Review mit Engineers bis zum Status- und Risikobericht für CEO und C-Level und formulierst Anforderungen, Spezifikationen und Eskalationen präzise.

• Sprachen: Verhandlungssicheres Englisch; Deutsch ist ein Plus.
