Als Teil unseres Bereichs People Development & Learning unterstützt du uns beim weiteren Aufbau unserer HR-Strukturen und -Prozesse und gestaltest insbesondere unser Kompetenz- und Qualifikationsmanagement aktiv mit.

Du bringst eigene Ideen ein, übernimmst eigenständig Aufgaben und Teilprojekte und sorgst dafür, dass aus Konzepten konkrete Lösungen werden. Dabei arbeitest du sowohl konzeptionell als auch praktisch und fühlst dich in einem dynamischen Umfeld mit abwechslungsreichen Herausforderungen wohl.

DEINE AUFGABEN UMFASSEN

- Mitwirkung beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung unseres Kompetenz- und Qualifikationsmanagements, einschließlich der Erstellung von Kompetenzprofilen sowie Kompetenz-, Skill- und Qualifikationsmatrizen

- Erfassung und Analyse vorhandener und benötigter Kompetenzen sowie Unterstützung bei der Ableitung von Anforderungen für die Personalplanung und das Recruiting

- Unterstützung bei der Konzeption und Implementierung von Talent-Management-Instrumenten und -Prozessen

- Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung unserer Performance- und Feedbackprozesse

- Entwicklung und Implementierung von HR-Standards, Prozessen und Instrumenten im Bereich People Development & Learning

- Eigenständige Übernahme von Teilprojekten – von der Analyse und Konzeption bis zur praktischen Umsetzung

- Analyse und Aufbereitung relevanter HR-Daten und Kennzahlen sowie Ableitung konkreter Verbesserungsvorschläge

- Organisation und Begleitung von Workshops, Meetings und People-&-Culture-Initiativen

- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften, Fachbereichen und dem People & Culture Team bei der Umsetzung neuer HR-Instrumente und -Prozesse

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftspsychologie, Psychologie, Personalmanagement, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

- Idealerweise 3–6 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen People Development, Kompetenz- oder Qualifikationsmanagement oder einem angrenzenden HR- bzw. L&D-Bereich

- Praktische Erfahrung im Kompetenz-, Skill- oder Qualifikationsmanagement, beispielsweise in der Entwicklung oder Anwendung von Kompetenzprofilen, Kompetenz- oder Qualifikationsmatrizen

- Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Bearbeitung und Umsetzung von HR-Projekten oder vergleichbaren Aufgabenstellungen

- Analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen sowie die Fähigkeit, eigene Ideen in praxisnahe Lösungen zu übersetzen

- Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und Freude daran, sowohl konzeptionelle als auch organisatorische und operative Aufgaben zu übernehmen

- Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise – auch bei wechselnden Prioritäten und noch nicht vollständig definierten Prozessen

- Eigeninitiative und Mut, bestehende Vorgehensweisen zu hinterfragen und neue Impulse einzubringen

- Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Menschen und Fachbereichen

- Sehr gute Englisch- und gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
