Ihre Aufgaben

- Sie steuern das Projektportfolio über mehrere parallele Projekte mit wechselnden Prioritäten und komplexen Abhängigkeiten.

- Sie erstellen und pflegen die Portfolioplanung, einschließlich Priorisierung und Ressourcenallokation.

- Sie verfolgen den Projektfortschritt anhand definierter KPIs und erstellen Statusberichte für das Management.

- Sie koordinieren Stakeholder aus Engineering, Product, Operations und anderen Bereichen und sorgen für ein gemeinsames Verständnis von Zielen und Zeitplänen.

- Sie bringen Project Manager dazu, proaktiv Risiken, Abhängigkeiten und Engpässe zu melden, unterstützen bei der Entwicklung von Gegenmaßnahmen und unterstützen das Portfoliomanagement sowie allgemeine PMO-Aktivitäten, um Transparenz für Entscheidungen zu schaffen.

- Sie entwickeln unsere PMO-Prozesse, Vorlagen und Standards kontinuierlich weiter und verbessern diese.

Ihr Profil

Muss-Kriterien

- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, Programmmanagement oder PMO, idealerweise in einem schnelllebigen Tech- oder Scale-up-Umfeld

- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Projektportfolios mit mehreren parallelen Projekten, wechselnden Prioritäten und komplexen Abhängigkeiten

- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in Portfolioplanung, Priorisierung, Ressourcenkoordination und Projektleistungsverfolgung

- Erfahrung in der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern aus Engineering, Product, Operations und anderen Bereichen

- Fähigkeit, Risiken, Abhängigkeiten und Engpässe frühzeitig zu erkennen, Gegenmaßnahmen anzustoßen und Transparenz für das Management zu schaffen

- Ausgeprägte analytische, organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten, gepaart mit einer Hands-on-Mentalität und der Fähigkeit, in einem hochdynamischen Umfeld Struktur zu schaffen

- Verhandlungssicheres Englisch

Nice-to-have

- Erfahrung mit Jira, Confluence oder vergleichbaren Projektmanagement-Tools

- Kenntnisse agiler Methoden (Scrum) sowie klassischer und hybrider Projektmanagement-Ansätze

- Erfahrung in einem Hardware-, Robotik- oder Deep-Tech-Umfeld
