NeuraGym ist unser physisches KI‑Trainingszentrum, in dem wir gemeinsam mit unseren Partnern große Datenmengen sammeln und Roboter im großen Maßstab trainieren. Hier entsteht die komplette Anwendungslandschaft für all unsere Roboter - vom kognitiven Roboterarm MAiRA über unseren Humanoiden 4NE1 bis zu unserem Serviceroboter MiPA.

Als Montage- und Inbetriebnahmetechniker bei Neura bist Du für die präzise mechanische Montage und Inbetriebnahme unseres humanoiden Roboters 4NE1 und deren Baugruppen zuständig. Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Entwicklungs- und Ingenieurteams zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Produkte den höchsten Standards entsprechen und reibungslos funktionieren.

DEINE MISSION & HERAUSFORDERUNGEN

- Mechanischer Aufbau, Montage und Integration von Prototypen humanoider Robotersysteme

- Montage von Baugruppen, Gelenken, Aktuatoren und Getrieben

- Lesen und Umsetzen von technischen Zeichnungen und CAD-Ableitungen

- Anpassung, Nacharbeit und Optimierung von Bauteilen während der Prototypenphase

- Unterstützung bei Inbetriebnahme, Tests und Umbauten

- Identifikation von Montageproblemen und Rückmeldung an die Konstruktion

- Umgang mit Messmitteln zur Funktions- und Qualitätsprüfung

- Dokumentation von Montageabläufen und Prototypenänderungen

- Pflege von Werkzeugen, Vorrichtungen und Arbeitsplätzen

AUF WAS KÖNNEN WIR UNS FREUEN

Must-have:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriemechaniker, Feinmechaniker, Mechatroniker oder vergleichbar

- Erfahrung im Prototypenbau oder in der Montage komplexer Baugruppen

- Sehr gutes Verständnis für mechanische Baugruppen und Maschinenelemente

- Sicheres Lesen von technischen Zeichnungen

- Handwerkliches Geschick, präzise und saubere Arbeitsweise

- Selbstständiges, lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten

- Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit

- Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch oder Englisch

- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen zur Unterstützung von Installationen und

- Inbetriebnahmen beim Kunden und auf Messen

- Kenntnisse in Elektrik/Elektronik (z. B. Verkabelung)

Nice to have:

- Erfahrung im Bereich Robotik, Automatisierung oder Sondermaschinenbau

- Erfahrung mit Aktuatoren, Getrieben oder mechatronischen Systemen
