In der KI-Abteilung entwickelst du die kognitiven Fähigkeiten unserer Roboter weiter und ermöglichst ihnen, ihre Umgebung zu verstehen und mit ihr zu interagieren. Du arbeitest an Algorithmen, die Maschinen intelligent und anpassungsfähig machen – von Objekterkennung und Sprachverarbeitung bis hin zu Entscheidungsfindung in komplexen Umgebungen.

Du wirst Teil eines Teams, das technologische Grenzen verschiebt und eng mit den Software-, Hardware- und Produktmanagement-Teams zusammenarbeitet. Mit modernsten Methoden und Tools aus den Bereichen Machine Learning und Künstliche Intelligenz arbeitest du an Projekten, die direkten Einfluss auf unsere Produkte haben.

DEINE AUFGABEN

- Führe und entwickle das Team weiter, indem du technische und operative Fähigkeiten durch Mentoring, praktische Unterstützung und strukturierten Wissensaustausch aufbaust

- Unterstütze den Recruiting-Prozess, inkl. Interviews, Kandidatenbewertung und Onboarding für Rollen in Robotik und KI

- Gestalte und setze Hiring-Strategien um, um Top-Talente in Robotik, KI und Engineering zu gewinnen, zu bewerten und langfristig zu halten

- Treibe die kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Prozessen, Dokumentation und der gesamten Projektabwicklung voran

- Führe und koordiniere Teleoperationsprojekte für humanoide und Dual-Arm-Roboter von der frühen Idee bis zur Auslieferung

- Übernimm Planung und Umsetzung über Timelines, Prioritäten, Ressourcen und mehrere cross-funktionale Teams hinweg

- Sei die zentrale Ansprechperson für Stakeholder und das Leadership-Team

- Erkenne Risiken frühzeitig, beseitige Blocker und stell sicher, dass Projekte sauber umgesetzt werden

- Übersetze technische Ziele in klare, umsetzbare Projektpläne und abgestimmte Business-Ziele

- Arbeite an der langfristigen Roadmap und der strategischen Ausrichtung von Teleoperation und KI-basierten Robotiklösungen

WAS WIR SUCHEN

- Abschluss in Ingenieurwesen, Robotik, Informatik, Wirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich

- Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer technischer oder cross-funktionaler Projekte

- Starke Fähigkeiten im Stakeholder-Management und in der Kommunikation

- Fähigkeit, mehrere Teams und Prioritäten in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld zu koordinieren

- Erfahrung in der engen Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering-, Software-, KI- oder Robotik-Teams

- Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und pragmatische Herangehensweise an Probleme

- Sicher im Umgang mit technischen Themen, auch ohne selbst tief in der Entwicklung zu stecken

- Erfahrung in Robotik, KI, Automatisierung oder anderen neuen Technologien ist ein Plus

- Fließend Englisch; Deutsch ist ein Plus
