Siamo alla ricerca di 5 operatori call center outbound da inserire presso la nostra nuova sede di Torre del Greco, per attività di vendita telefonica nel settore energetico.

New Best Srl è una realtà dinamica e in crescita nel settore dei servizi commerciali e del teleselling da 20 anni, specializzata nella promozione di soluzioni per la fornitura di energia elettrica e gas. L’azienda si distingue per un approccio orientato ai risultati, formazione continua delle risorse e un ambiente di lavoro meritocratico. Sono, inoltre, previste modalità di lavoro sia in sede che da remoto.

Mansioni principali

  • Gestione di contatti e lead qualificate;
  • Contatto telefonico con potenziali clienti già interessati ai servizi energetici;
  • Presentazione e promozione di offerte commerciali per le forniture di luce e gas;
  • Consulenza commerciale e individuazione delle soluzioni più adatte alle esigenze del cliente;
  • Gestione della trattativa telefonica e finalizzazione della vendita.

Requisiti richiesti

  • Esperienza pregressa nella vendita telefonica, preferibilmente nel settore energia, luce e gas;
  • Capacità di gestire lead qualificate e clienti con un interesse commerciale già manifestato;
  • Buone capacità comunicative, persuasive e relazionali;
  • Orientamento al risultato e al raggiungimento degli obiettivi;
  • Serietà, motivazione e attitudine al lavoro in team.

Cosa offriamo

  • Contratto di collaborazione Co.Co.Co.;
  • Impegno di 6 ore giornaliere;
  • Formazione iniziale retribuita e affiancamento costante;
  • Fisso mensile di 600 euro o provvigioni in base alla produttività;
  • Assistenza sanitaria Unisalute.

Costituisce titolo preferenziale

L'esperienza specifica nella vendita di contratti luce e gas e nella gestione di campagne outbound basate su contatti profilati e clienti interessati. La selezione è finalizzata all'individuazione di profili con esperienza commerciale e concreta familiarità con le dinamiche di vendita nel mercato luce e gas.

Sede e inserimento

  • Luogo di lavoro: Torre del Greco (NA).
  • Figure ricercate: 5 operatori.
  • Modalità di lavoro: in sede. Possibilità di inserimento immediato da remoto con successiva attività in presenza presso la sede aziendale a partire dal 2027.
