Mansioni principali

Le risorse si occuperanno della fidelizzazione dei clienti del Gruppo Hera Comm attraverso attività telefoniche, nello specifico dovranno:

  • Contattare telefonicamente clienti attivi ed ex clienti per presentare offerte dedicate e opportunità commerciali nell'ambito delle campagne Customer Base, Winback e Tutele Graduali; ;
  • Presentare e promuovere offerte per le forniture di luce e gas;
  • Ascoltare le esigenze del cliente e proporre le soluzioni più adatte;
  • Gestire la trattativa telefonica e accompagnare il cliente nel percorso di acquisto;
  • Contribuire al raggiungimento degli obiettivi individuali e di squadra.

Requisiti richiesti

  • Buone capacità comunicative e relazionali;
  • Attitudine alla vendita telefonica e orientamento al cliente;
  • Motivazione, affidabilità e orientamento ai risultati;
  • Capacità di lavorare in team;
  • È gradita un’esperienza nel teleselling o nel settore energia, luce e gas.

Cosa offriamo

  • Formazione individuale, retribuita, e affiancamento;

  • Compenso fisso mensile di 600 euro lordi (in base all'orario di lavoro) oltre a provvigioni incentivanti legate ai risultati;
  • Contratto di collaborazione coordinata e continuativa (Co.Co.Co.).

Orario di lavoro: disponibilità dalle 12:00 alle 18:00. Eventuali variazioni possono essere concordate in sede di colloquio.

Sede di lavoro: Piazza Nilde Iotti 25/a, Pontedera (PI).
