Help Build the Systems Behind NewLaw's Next Stage of Growth

Do you love figuring out how things could work better—and then making it happen? Are you someone who can look at a complicated process, connect the dots between teams and technology, and turn it into something simpler, smarter, and more scalable?

At NewLaw Business Model (“NewLaw” or the “Company”), we're reimagining how lawyers build successful, fulfilling practices. We combine education, coaching, technology, and managed services to help estate planning lawyers grow thriving businesses while creating better experiences for the families they serve.

And we're growing.

We're investing in our Operations team to build the systems, processes, and infrastructure needed to support that growth. That's where you come in: We're looking for a Senior Product Operations Specialist who brings together technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a love of solving complex business problems.

This isn't a traditional project coordination or product administration role. You will serve as an internal operational consultant and business systems architect, have a meaningful voice in product development, lead cross-functional initiatives, and design and govern the operational systems that deliver our products.

If you love both the thinking and the doing, this might be your kind of role.

The Opportunity

You'll work across two distinct product suites:

  • Memberships: Digital education, coaching, community, and resources that help lawyers build successful estate planning practices.
  • Advanced Growth (Managed) Services (AGS): B2B services, technology, and specialized support that help law firm owners get big law support without the big law lifestyle.

As a key partner to our product teams, you'll help turn product ideas into exceptional experiences—evaluating operational feasibility, determining the optimal technical workflows, and establishing scalable operating procedures.

You'll also join an Operations function that's evolving. You'll have meaningful opportunities to formulate operational strategy, contribute to new product technology, and establish enterprise operating standards and policies that support our next stage of growth.

You'll have the autonomy to exercise independent judgment, evaluate operational challenges, formulate solutions, commit project resources, and establish processes that have a direct impact on our members and internal teams.

What You’ll Do

Shape Product Technology & Development

  • Advise product leadership on operational strategy and system feasibility to guide product design and roadmap decisions.
  • Improve internal and member-facing tools by establishing operating standards and designing workflow frameworks that optimize business efficiency.
  • Identify and evaluate emerging AI and automation solutions, determining business case viability and formulating implementation strategies.

Build the Systems Behind Our Products

  • Establish the operational architecture, launch specifications, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) needed to successfully launch new products and features.
  • Design and govern cross-departmental data flows and platform integrations across product administration, member access, internal teams, and the member experience.
  • Analyze operational friction points, evaluate alternative solutions, and implement systemic structural changes to improve reliability and scalability.

Turn Data Into Better Decisions

  • Design core business performance metrics and executive reporting frameworks to evaluate product activation, usage, engagement, and operational health.
  • Connect member feedback and operational data across Product, Sales, Coaching, and Member Care.
  • Synthesize business intelligence to advise senior leadership on operational trends and provide actionable strategic recommendations.

Lead Meaningful Projects

  • Exercise independent discretion to lead high-impact, cross-functional business initiatives from conception through implementation, launch, and optimization.
  • Drive accountability and results by determining project priorities, allocating operational resources, and resolving cross-departmental roadblocks.
  • Ensure successful adoption through authoring comprehensive operational documentation, designing training programs, and managing organizational change.

Make Operations Easier & More Scalable

  • Establish governance policies and architectural standards across HubSpot, Docebo, and connected enterprise systems to optimize administration.
  • Formulate sustainable operational policies and oversee administrative workflows to eliminate redundancy.
  • Solve problems at the source, evaluating systemic root causes and designing long-term operational policies rather than temporary fixes.

What “Success” Looks Like

  • Strengthen Product Operations: Establish consistent systems and processes across Memberships and AGS.
  • Improve the member experience: Use data, feedback and technology to make products easier to navigate and engage with.
  • Connect and automate systems: Improve how HubSpot, our LMS and other tools support purchases, access, reporting and product administration.
  • Scale new offerings: Build systems that support increasingly sophisticated products and service packages.
  • Explore AI-enabled solutions: Help develop smarter internal workflows and member-facing experiences.

Who You Are

You're an experienced operator who enjoys solving complex problems, building better systems and bringing people together to make meaningful improvements. You can think strategically about what needs to change—and you're comfortable rolling up your sleeves to make it happen.

You Bring:

  • Experience in Product Operations, Business Systems, Technical Operations, or a comparable operational advisory or systems architecture role.
  • Strong technical skills with CRM platforms, workflow automation, and connected business systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment in designing system workflows, establishing integration standards, and resolving complex operational breakdowns.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects with full ownership over project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Strong systems thinking, analytical skills, and experience using data to drive strategic business improvements.
  • Ability to collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and functional leaders to turn business needs into working solutions.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Even Better If You Have:

  • Experience with HubSpot, Docebo, Asana, Zapier, or Make.
  • A background in SaaS, digital education, memberships, or managed services.
  • Experience evaluating and executing platform migrations, complex product structures, or third-party integrations.
  • Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, or AI-enabled workflows.

You thrive at the intersection of business strategy and technology, with a track record of translating high-level business requirements into robust, scalable operational architectures.

You'll Thrive Here If...

  • You love turning complex problems into simple, scalable solutions.
  • You enjoy leading projects and taking ownership of outcomes.
  • You think strategically but aren't afraid to get technical.
  • You're curious about AI, automation, and emerging technology.
  • You thrive in evolving environments where there's room to build something new.
  • You care about people as much as processes and technology.

Why NewLaw?

  • Meaningful work. Help transform the legal industry and create better experiences for families.
  • Real impact. Influence how our products, systems and Operations team evolve.
  • A seat at the table. Collaborate with Product Management and leadership on meaningful decisions.
  • Innovation with purpose. Explore AI, automation and technology that empower our teams and members.
  • People-first culture. Join a passionate, collaborative team committed to growth.
  • Room to grow. Expand your expertise and explore new opportunities as our company scales.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
