Job Description

The Direct Service Professional works as part of the Regional Crisis Services – Residential team to ensure individuals in need of crisis stabilization and/or prevention services are provided individualized personal and behavioral supports needed to promote stabilization, community inclusion and maximum independence. Primarily focuses on food preparation, housekeeping, and assisting individuals with activities of daily living. May also provide crisis intervention and support as needed.

***Sign on Bonus $1,000***

Starting Salary Range: $41,745 - $48,006.75

Education/Experience Required:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.

Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees who speak multiple languages.
