Job Description

The Program Supervisor provides for the overall administrative management, operation, and supervision of one of the REACH Crisis Therapeutic Homes (CTHs). This position oversees either the Adult Crisis Therapeutic Home serving adults with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs, or the Youth Crisis Therapeutic Home (YCTH), serving youth ages 17 and younger. The Program Supervisor ensures the delivery of high-quality services, staff supervision, regulatory compliance and the effective day-to-day functioning of the assigned program. The Program Supervisor provides direct services as assigned.

***Sign on Bonus $5,000***

Starting Salary Range: $55,890 - $64,273.50

Education/Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human services related field with at least 3 years of professional experience or a Registered Nurse with at least 3 years of professional experience is required.
  • Registration with the Virginia Board of Counseling as QMHP-T or QMHP is required.
  • Experience providing supervision, program management and services development is preferred.
  • Licensure or licensure eligibility as a Professional Counselor or Clinical Social Worker is preferred.

Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees who speak multiple languages.
