The posting

This is how you make an impact

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you play a crucial role in ensuring smooth production operations. You are part of the Engineering department, where you collaborate with Account Engineers, Test Engineers, and Process Engineers—a multidisciplinary team that strengthens each other and prioritizes knowledge sharing.

You guide the industrialization of new, complex cable products and ensure they can be produced efficiently and without errors. During the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, you are responsible for work preparation and translate designs into practical, executable production steps.

You create work instructions (TPDs) and ensure the correct setup of cutting, stripping, and crimping machines so operators can get started right away. In addition, you are the primary point of contact for technical support on the production floor. Operators can come to you with questions and challenges, and you provide quick, pragmatic solutions. Thanks to your expertise, production steps run more efficiently, resulting in a streamlined production process and satisfied international customers in the high‑tech industry.

This is what we offer you

A challenging position where you are given responsibility and plenty of variety in a dynamic high‑tech environment. With us, you as a professional are at the center: we value personal contact and a pleasant working atmosphere. Development is important to us, which is why you are given the space to grow and to contribute your own ideas. You will work in a diverse and close‑knit team where collaboration comes first.

On top of that, you can count on excellent employment conditions:

  • A competitive salary that matches your knowledge and experience.
  • 27 vacation days plus 13 ADV days.
  • 8% holiday allowance.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • A solid pension scheme.
  • Travel expense reimbursement.

This is what you bring to the team

Thanks to your technical knowledge and sharp eye, you are able to fully understand customer requests and translate them into smart, efficient solutions. Collaboration comes naturally to you, and you enjoy brainstorming with colleagues. You are also results‑oriented and prefer an approach where thinking and doing go hand in hand.

  • You have an MBO diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
  • Work experience in aerospace is a strong requirement. Experience can vary as a work planner, CNC machinist, maintenance technician, or electrician.
  • You have experience with or an affinity for defining production processes and creating work instructions.
  • You are familiar with working according to procedures and process flows.
  • A process‑oriented way of working suits you—you understand the value of clear procedures and workflows.
  • You communicate easily and clearly in both Dutch and English (German is a plus).
  • You are proactive, analytical, and pragmatic—you spot opportunities and know how to turn them into concrete actions.

Your daily responsibilities include

  • Developing and implementing new production processes.
  • Developing new production concepts that improve production efficiency, output, reliability, and lead time.
  • Ensuring that the correct workplace‑related tooling is available for operators; you support the development of custom tooling, which we then manufacture using our 3D printer.
  • Making sure operators have the right tooling and supporting the development of custom tooling, which we subsequently produce with our 3D printer.
  • Setting up and fine‑tuning label machines to ensure smooth and accurate operation.
  • Preparing products for transfer to our production facility in Slovakia

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
