The posting

This is how you make an Impact

As a PCB Repair Technician, you are responsible for analysing and repairing defective printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic assemblies. You investigate failures down to component level and independently determine the most effective repair approach.

Together with colleagues from Production, Test Engineering, and Engineering, you ensure that products meet the high-quality standards required by our customers. You play an important role in continuously improving our production processes and actively contribute to preventing recurring issues.

You will be part of a team of approximately eight colleagues, reporting to the Team Leader. On a daily basis, you collaborate with Production Operators, Test Engineers, and Engineering colleagues. Within the team, the focus is on analysing and solving complex failures, giving you the opportunity to conduct your own investigations and further develop your technical expertise.

In this role, you will work with a wide variety of electronic products and increasingly complex technologies. You will troubleshoot advanced printed circuit boards where identifying root causes becomes ever more challenging. This ensures continuous learning and development, making every day different.

This is what we offer you

We offer a challenging role within an innovative high-tech manufacturing environment where technology is at the heart of everything we do. You will have plenty of opportunities to further develop your technical skills while working alongside experienced colleagues on complex electronic products.

In addition, we offer::

  • A competitive salary based on your knowledge and experience;
  • 27 vacation days and 13 ADV days;
  • Flexible working hours within a day-shift schedule;
  • Opportunities for personal development and career growth;
  • A collaborative and informal working environment;
  • A solid pension scheme and travel allowance;
  • The opportunity to work on innovative high-tech products for international customers.

This is what you bring to the Team

  • A completed MBO degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field;
  • A strong affinity with electronics through work experience, education, or personal hobbies;
  • Experience in troubleshooting electronic failures is an advantage;
  • Skills in soldering and working with electronic components;
  • An analytical and detail-oriented mindset;
  • A willingness to learn and develop your expertise in electronics and repair techniques;
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude;
  • Good command of the Dutch language.

Your daily responsibilities include

  • Analysing and troubleshooting defects on printed circuit boards and electronic assemblies;
  • Repairing defective components on PCBs;
  • Performing soldering and component-level repair activities;
  • Interpreting test results and fault reports;
  • Collaborating with production and test teams to analyse and resolve failures;
  • Advising on structural solutions for recurring quality issues;
  • Documenting analyses, findings, and repair activities;
  • Supporting production activities when repair workloads allow.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
