Hlavní náplň práce

  • Servis, správa a preventivní údržba speciálních měřicích a testovacích zařízení (ICT, EOL).
  • Zodpovědnost za procesy testování výrobků a jejich bezproblémový chod.
  • Vyhodnocování neshodných výrobků a podpora při řešení technických problémů ve výrobě.
  • Zavádění nových výrobků do výroby a stanovování výrobních kroků.
  • Tvorba, správa a aktualizace technologické a výrobní dokumentace.
  • Koordinace přípravy výroby napříč odděleními a zajištění potřebného vybavení.
  • Návrh, objednávání a instalace nových strojů a měřicích zařízení.
  • Příprava měřicích zařízení pro kalibrace a tvorba plánů údržby.
  • Optimalizace výrobních a testovacích procesů, implementace změn a neustálé zlepšování.
  • Kontrola efektivity procesů a podpora sériové výroby.
  • Technická podpora mistrů a pracovníků výroby.
  • Inventarizace a objednávání náhradních dílů.
  • Aktivní telefonická a e-mailová komunikace s kolegy a dodavateli v zahraničí.
  • Dokumentace, reportování výsledků a komunikace odchylek.

Vzdělání a kvalifikace

  • ÚSO s maturitou, obor elektrotechnika
  • Vhodné i pro absolventy.
  • Osvědčení dle Nařízení vlády č. 194/2022 Sb., §6 (možno doplnit během zaměstnání, minimálně však §5).
  • Řidičský průkaz skupiny B.

Jazykové znalosti

  • Český jazyk – úroveň rodilého mluvčího.
  • Anglický nebo německý jazyk minimálně na úrovni B1–B2 (komunikace s kolegy v zahraničí).

Odborné znalosti

  • Technické myšlení a zájem o elektrotechniku.
  • Orientace ve výkresové a technické dokumentaci.
  • Znalost MS Office na středně pokročilé úrovni.
  • Základní znalost programování výhodou.
  • Zkušenosti s výrobními nebo testovacími systémy výhodou.
