Deine Mission

Du hilfst Industrieunternehmen, technologische Potenziale strukturiert nutzbar zu machen. Das bedeutet:

  • Du übersetzt technologische Trends in umsetzbare Strategien
  • Du strukturierst Transformationsprogramme
  • Du entwickelst belastbare Roadmaps
  • Du begleitest Kunden von der Analyse bis zur Umsetzung

Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle von Technologie, Management und Organisation.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Analyse technologischer Ausgangssituationen und Reifegrade
  • Konzeption von Digitalisierungs- und Innovations-Roadmaps
  • Strukturierung komplexer Transformationsprogramme
  • Moderation von Workshops mit Engineering- und Management-Teams
  • Aufbau klarer Governance- und Entscheidungsstrukturen
  • Begleitung der operativen Umsetzung

Je nach Seniorität übernimmst du:

  • Projektleitung
  • Kundenverantwortung
  • Aufbau neuer Themenfelder
  • Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung unserer systemischen Methoden und Tools

Arbeitsmodell

  • Hybrid (Projekt vor Ort + Remote)
  • Einsatz bei führenden Industrieunternehmen
  • Standort München oder Bodensee
  • Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams in Deutschland und Indien

Dein Profil

Fachlich

  • Studium im Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Naturwissenschaften oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einem industriellen oder technologischen Umfeld
  • Erfahrung in mindestens einem dieser Bereiche: Digitalisierung im Engineering, Transformations- oder Innovationsprojekte, Projekt- oder Programmmanagement, Technologiebewertung und Roadmap-Entwicklung, Prozessoptimierung oder Organisationsentwicklung im technischen Umfeld
