The posting

Fase 1: Operationele Gereedheid & Inrichting

  • Vertalen van engineering- en hydrometallurgische concepten naar heldere SOP's, werkinstructies, veiligheids- en noodprocedures
  • Opzetten van operationele systemen (ploegenlogboeken, procesmonitoring, Management of Change)
  • Opleveren en accepteren van de faciliteit op basis van de User Requirement Specifications (URS)
  • Ontwikkelen van het initiële productie- en opschalingsplan (ramp-up)

Fase 2: Organisatieontwikkeling & Werving

  • Vormgeven van de organisatiestructuur en leiden van de werving & onboarding van het operationele team.
  • Opzetten en uitvoeren van een compleet trainingsprogramma (proces, PLC/SCADA, veiligheid) inclusief competentiematrices en kwalificatietrajecten.

Fase 3: Productieplanning & Plant Management

  • Direct aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van een team van 30 tot 40 medewerkers
  • Opstellen van dagelijkse planningen, KPI's (yield, recovery, throughput) en de afstemming van grondstoffen, reagentia en logistiek
  • Coördineren van onderhoudsplannen, apparatuurbetrouwbaarheid (reliability) en stops
  • Waarborgen van strikte veiligheids- en milieunormen (EHS) en continue procesverbetering
  • Master in Chemical Engineering (Chemische Technologie) of gelijkwaardig
  • Minimaal 10+ jaar ervaring in hydrometallurgische of chemische proces- en projectmanagementomgevingen
  • Geboren people manager die EHS-naleving garandeert en een veiligheidscultuur stimuleert
  • Doordacht en systematisch; balanceert welzijn van medewerkers, klanttevredenheid, kwaliteit en langetermijnresultaten bij het oplossen van problemen
  • Pragmatisch met een hands-on instelling
  • Bedrijfsgerichte professional met een holistisch begrip van metallurgische of chemische operaties
  • Bewezen staat van dienst in het aansturen van efficiënte productieteams
  • Uitstekend, overtuigend en innemend communicator (mondeling en schriftelijk) in een multiculturele omgeving
  • Sterk vermogen om complexe processtromen en materie beknopt en toegankelijk over te brengen
  • Talenkennis: Nederlands en Engels (vloeiend)
