Newrest ist im Auftrag der ÖBB verantwortlich für den Service, das Catering und betrieblichen Tätigkeiten an Bord der ÖBB NightJets.

Als Teil unseres Newrest Servicemanagement-Teams sorgst du dafür, dass neue Mitarbeiter:innen erfolgreich in die Bahnbranche starten und unser fahrendes Personal langfristig professionell begleitet wird. Du bist erste Ansprechperson, Sparringpartner:in und Qualitätsmotor zugleich – mitten im operativen Geschehen.

Dein Arbeitsalltag:

  • Als erste Ansprechperson bist du bei Dienstantritt und Dienstende unseres Zugpersonals für deren Briefing, Betreuung, und Support verantwortlich
  • Die Service- und Qualitätsstandards im täglichen Betrieb werden laufend von dir beobachtet, bewertet und verbessert
  • Mit Feedbackgesprächen und zielgerichteter Maßnahmensetzung trägst du zur Weiterentwicklung der Teamleistung bei
  • Du entwickelst und führst Onboarding Schulungen zum Thema Service und Qualität durch
  • Du bist die Kommunikationsschnittstelle zwischen dem Zugpersonal und dem operativen Management
  • Zusätzlich trägst du aktiv an internen Projekten zur Qualitäts- und Prozessoptimierung bei

Das bringst du mit:

  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz, gepaart mit einer starken Serviceorientierung
  • Erfahrung in der Teamführung sowie mit Feedbackgesprächen von Vorteil
  • Hoher Qualitätsanspruch mit einem guten Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit einem Hands-on Ansatz
  • Bereitschaft zu Wochenenden, Feiertage sowie Früh- und Spätdienste
  • Sowie Begleitfahrten des Servicepersonals (ca. 2x pro Monat)
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (v. a. PowerPoint, Excel)
