TU PROPÓSITO:

Brindar soporte integral. Participar activamente en la digitalización de flujos de trabajo, la automatización de KPIs y el ciclo de auditorías, estandarizar procesos clave e impulsar una cultura de excelencia operativa.

TUS PRINCIPALES DESAFÍOS Y RESPONSABILIDADES SERÁN

  • Ciclo Integral de Auditorías (SGI): Dar soporte en la preparación, ejecución y seguimiento de auditorías internas y externas/certificaciones (coordinación con auditores, gestión de documentación/servicios y consolidación de evidencias).
  • Key User Corporativo de Enaxis: Liderar la administración, soporte y optimización de la plataforma Enaxis digitalizando flujos documentales y gestionando de punta a punta los hallazgos.
  • KPIs & Reporting: Gestionar e interpretar los indicadores clave, impulsando la automatización de tableros (Looker Studio / Power BI / IA) para el monitoreo en tiempo real del desempeño del área.
  • Células de Mejora Continuas (Lean & Agile): Participar activamente en células de trabajo transversales aplicando metodologías Lean Six Sigma y marcos ágiles.
  • Estandarización "Hub-Spoke": Fomentar la transferencia de mejores prácticas y coordinar encuentros periódicos con los líderes de calidad de las distintas plantas (Buenos Aires, Ushuaia, Cdimex, NewPGA) para la estandarización de procesos.

Requisitos

¿QUÉ BUSCAMOS EN VOS?

  • Formación: Estudiantes o graduados de las carreras de Ingeniería Industrial, Lic. en Organización Industrial, Administración de Empresas, Diseño Industrial, Higiene y Seguridad o Tecnicaturas afines a Calidad.
  • Experiencia: Orientada a perfiles Junior / Semi Senior con ganas de aprender y desarrollarse en el área.
  • Idiomas: Inglés intermedio (Deseable)
  • Conocimientos clave: Dominio o fuerte interés en Metodologías Lean & Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Kaizen) y Normas de Calidad ISO (Deseable) Familiaridad con ecosistemas digitales: Jira, Trello, Google Workspace, Looker Studio, Power BI e interés activo en herramientas de IA (IA Studio, Gemini, Claude).
  • Soft Skills: Mindset colaborativo y actitud para aprender e innovar.
